I switched to BB Storm 9530 with my ATT Data Plan. I updated with the latest version of rel172. But now i don't see my Browser & when i log into BIS/BES website it says your already exists with PIN & IMEI. Please login with your user name & password. However when i try to get a new password, it says the password is been sent to your BB Device but i never get it. Already tried twice.
Please help with this issue, i want a Browser & Work Email. Any help is really appreciated.
JSanders - I followed your thread "BB Storm on ATT & TMobile" but step # 3&6, i never got the same.
