I'm new at this blackberry device so please excuse the grammer and lack of knowlege.

I was wondering how to download themes and how to load them on the blackberry 7100g. I really like the icons theme, similar to the 7290 phone, but I don't know where to get these themes and how to load them on the blackberry. Can someone please tell me the tips and tricks of doing this.

Also, I know there are several icon themes out there, but does anyone have a recommendation as to what is the most popular/useful icon theme? Thanks so much, in advance for anyones help.
