Default Contact list - Help please.

Please Login to Remove!

Short story:
I can't see my contact list, all I see is 'Business' with *no contacts* or 'Private', also with *no contacts*

Long story:
While I was adding a new contact into my contact list, I accidentaly clicked on something (don't know what) and since then whenever I click on 'contacts', all I see is 'Business' and *no contacts* and can't get it back to my previous contact list.

I've been playing with it for ages and all I managed to do was to change to 'Private' which also doesn't contain any contacts, or SIM card contacts which only contain my old contacts.

I read I could possibly get back to my contact list though Options-Advanced Options-Default Services but when I do that, the screen is blank and doesn't offer any options.

Furthermore, when I want to send a text and start typing somebody's name, the phone doesn't recognize it.

I'm 100% sure I didn't delete my contact list, it's somewhere there, I just don't know how to get back to it.

Help please?
Lucie

Hello Lucie,

Please try this, start from the applications screen and click on the icon Contacts > press the Menu Key (BlackBerry symbol key) and click on "Filter", un-check all items

Go back and ensure all items are un-checked and you should now be able to view all your Contacts.

Hope this helps,

Your filters are on. Go to contacts > menu filter > uncheck both business and personal.
