Hello

My black berry 7290 have this error 373
it say to do a reset but I done this 3 times and it keeps happening
anyone know how to fix this?

If the error loops you will have to reload the handheld software.

Ok thanks but now it won't even do a reset it looks totaly corrupted
Any ideas when i hook it up to the usb cable it just say found USB drive and won't find the BB

Have you loaded the desktop manager? some versions of OS won't recognize the BB if you don't have the software loaded.

Hello all,

My BB keeps reseting its slef I can't seem to figure it out
I keep getting different error message when it reboots like I had 373 and now I have device errora 2" it say to hit rest and it loads up but eveytime I try and add something to my canlder it keeps restarting it seem when I hit the I on the keyboard it reboots
Please any help would be wonderful
I reload the handheld software but not sure if I did a hard rest or not?
