You did forgot to configure FeedBurner with the wap settings BEFORE making the first connection. Enter the WAP settings in the application and try to connect. If you receive the same error message, you have to wipe your Blackberry (reinstall from scratch without using Backup and Restore). Afterwards install FeedBurner, configure the WAP settings and then try to connect.

No, not this way. With installing from scratch I suggest this way:
-Start AppLoader
-Connect BB to PC
-Reset BB (small hole under battey door or CAPS+ALT+DEL)
-In AppLoader window click "Next", while the red lamp on the BB is turned on!
-Make sure "USB: XXXX" is selected from the drop-down list
-Click "Next" again, the red lamp should be still turned on
-After a few seconds you will see on your PC the list of applications to install on your Blackberry and click "Next". The installation process for your Blackberry starts.

During this process each and everything will be wiped from your Blackberry. So if you have any PIM things no yet synched to your Desktop then do it before starting above procedure.

There is also a much easier procedure:
After you have selected everything you need from the application list click "Next" and then click on the "Advanced" button. Check the two boxes so everything is wiped from your Blackberry.
