Hi, whenever I want to use my bb appworld I get a notification that says I need to update my blackberry identity if I want to use my appworld. When I press "ok" I get an error message saying "blackberry identity update failed(80003)" and my app world quits.

It isn't nice to hijack another users thread. Please start a new thread and fully explain your problem.

And confirm whether or not you have a BB data plan, your location (country) and cell carrier. I know for a fact your carrier is not "blackberry app world".
