Default Can't send emails!! Help!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I have a bold 9780 and I cant send emails. I receive them and can reply to an email but I cant send out a new email, it just disapears into outerspace. I can draft it and hit the send button but then nothing happens, no error message or X beside the email. The email just disapears. I have tried to take out the battery, sent service books, and I deleted the account and re-activated it. I am not sure what else to do. I also contaced Rogers who is my carrier and they sent service books. Nothing happened. Can anyone help!! Thanks

Are the messages you're sending being delivered?

Do you have Hide Sent Messages enabled?

Hi, they are not being delivered at all. I have tried several test messages to different accounts to make sure it was all emails that had the problem, not just sending it to one certain account.

It is happening to all accounts you send from or just one account?

Also, when did this start happening?

I would try deleting the CMIME service book and then resending them again.

It is happening from my hotmail account and my blackberry account (which I never use, always my hotmail). It only started about a week ago, I havent dont anything to my phone to provoke it. How do you delete service books? thanks!

Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > Service Book

Highlight the service book and press the Delete key.

If that doesn't work, I would try to clear the Messages Database.

Connect the device to your PC and launch Desktop Manager, go into Backup/Restore > Advanced and highlight Messages and select the clear button. May be a corrupt database.

Hi, I deleted the service book and that didnt work and I could not find an advanced section under back up or restore so I did something under the application setting, think it was an update but only let it do half cause it was freezing up my laptop, anyway it turned my network settings off so I turned them back on and my email is working. I dont know what happened! Thanks for your help.

please I got A BlackBerry Torch and I want to buy the unlock code but actually I have two series problems:
1- I tried to many times to unlock the phone so i exceeded the 10 trials and i'm not sure that it will accept this code of ures or what.
2- The bank account that I have is not accepted for PayPal.com or even Google checkout so I can transfer the cash to you but grantee me that the phone will accept the code you give me.

It's considered poor forum etiquette to hijack someone else's thread with your own unrelated questions.

1. You will need to find a shop that offers DM3 unlocking. They will need to physically access the device via the USB cable to reset it. You will not be able to do it yourself with a code.

2. You will need to work out payment directly with the vendor.
