Hi,

I've tried to install the above patch but keep on getting the 1706 error. In the back of my mind i seem to remember a fix that involved running the previously installed patch from a specific location then running the latest patch, anyone have any ideas?

thanks for the response but unfortunately this didn't work.

I found this article which did work, I knew i wasn't going mad, needed to start the installation of SP6 then run the SP6MR5 install!
