still running dm 4.6.0.12...curious, has App World been implemented into any of the more recent versions of dm ? is there a plan to do so ?

i would assume RIM heads in that direction, so that you can get apps and install them thru dm, not just by using the phone or visiting app world and manually downloading/installing the app, etc...

Why would you rather use DM over downloading them directly to the device? I've downloaded several apps using the appstore from the device and it must be the simplest thing I've ever seen. I see no reason to implement appworld into DM.

for example, if you keep your phone docked to your pc a lot of the time, just undock the phone, the app will be already installed....

it would add some additional convenience....i don't like referencing apple here or anywhere else, but it can be done on itunes, then transfered to their devices via pc, so it'd be nice to have for bb's too.

OTA is still fine by me, either way...just a thought
