My 9900 is lost. Contacts were backed up on my PC and I now want to transfer them to Q10 but there does not appear to be any way to do it! Suggestions?

If you had BlackBerry protect active on your 9900, you should be able to restore the contacts on your Q10 thought BB protect in the settings.
