Ok since I'm pretty much stuck with the tour and I keep getting the reload software error 552. I pretty much have to reinstall everything every few weeks now. I don't what is causing this but I do have quickpull lite installed and it reboots every night. When I check my phone in the morning I get blessed with the lovely white screen.

Can someone tell me how to do a complete backup of apps, everything so I don't have to reinstall again. Or if it can even be done. Thanks

Get rid of Quickpull. When I had a Tour it was nothing but trouble.
That app caused so many headaches that I blacklisted it via BES so my end users couldn't install it on their Tours.

I have the same problem all the time so this what I do.l Makes it a whole lot easier and faster than downloading all those programs again. Go to blackberry faq at the top of your screen then go down to > Applications and Operating System FAQ's then click on> How do I backup my Third Party Applications on my BB? follow those directions and you should be good.

I have quickpull on my tour and have never had a problem

you can download BBSAK and use it to backup all your apps. you can reload them with DM or bbsak

I also have quickpull lite on my tour and haven't had a problem, but I have only used the app twice. My advise to berrydeezz is to remove quickpull lite and see if that helps.
