As other posts mentioned, callers are having a difficult time hearing me on the other end due to very low volume when using my Bluetooth (have tried several to test this). The wired headset and device volume is heard clear but use of bluetooth device renders low volume on their end (I hear them just fine). So after no luck finding a solution, Verizon is over nighting a warranty Tour replacment. i hope this new one coming tomorrow does not have the same problem. Others experiecing this and/or is this problem just a bad batch of devices??
