Default After 3 Weeks with the Tour

Please Login to Remove!

I have had my Tour for about 3 weeks now, and I must say that it has not dissappointed me at all. I am coming from the Storm, which served me well, but I prefered a physical keyboard.
This is as close to the Bold that I can get without swapping carriers. AT&T is offered in our area, but, Verizon covers our rural area better. The screen is sharp. The look and feel of the phone itself is incredible. Battery life is what I expect out of a smartphone. Sometimes there is a delay when I click on an icon, but I figure that is a software bug that will be fixed. Overall it is very responsive. Memory leakage seems to be at a minimum.
I bought an Innocase 360 and have had many compliments on it. I bought my Union Representative one for his Bold!
Just my two cents worth.

Yes. Hopefully there will be another stable OS available soon.

I love the fact that we as consumers have come to expect that our products have bugs but "they will get fixed eventually". I see this all the forums for apple, blackberry, MS. When did it become acceptable for manufacturers to release buggy products and we as consumers accept it as the norm?

i do not consider it normal. The more eyes that get to look at something, the more things are found.

As long as software has existed, there has been software bugs. As long as manufacturers have released products with specific time tables, there has been bugs in consumer grade products.

I think this probably goes back to the first consumer who bought software.
