Go to options>advanced options>host routing table
press menu key and register on network
wait for about 30 sec until service book download to your device and
then press back button and see if you have enterprise activation

For BES you have to have enterprise provisioning to be able to activate on BES, with BES express you can use provisioning for Prosumer ( personal data plan)
but that have nothing to do with you doent having enterprise activation in option
try hard reset ( pull battery out and wait for 30 sec and put it back)

Look for this
Cause 6

There is a corrupted service book on the BlackBerry smartphone.

Resolution

If the Enterprise Activation icon is missing from the Home screen, as well as from options -> advanced options, there is a corrupted service book on the BlackBerry smartphone. Delete all service book entries in options -> advanced options -> service book, and re-send service books to the BlackBerry smartphone.

after you delete that
Go to options>advanced options>host routing table
press menu key and register on network

let me know

Okay after the wipe, i went through the setup wizard at the end I clicked on setup email, and it did show option of setting up enterprise, so I canceled it and went back to home then to options and checked advanced settings and its not there, resent the registration in host routing table. now enterprise activation shows up. Should i register it now or restore my data first then register it?

restore your contacts, calendars, memos and tasks only
then register on enterprise

Oh ok, well I waited for your response but went ahead and did full restore, and now the enterprise is activating, just now got a error that says its not communicating with the server, and i selected to continue activating. Would that have made a difference if I only did contacts, calendears, memos and task only?

Doesn't matter as long as you have enterprise activation
I thought that was corruption in database
but i think that might be a service book
error that says its not communicating with the server,
Check your signal strength
options> status
If its above -90dBm then you don't have data flow
if its belove then you have to contact your IT person in company
its BES problem
