HI all mighties.

i am using BB 9780 and wish to change a theme for my handset. but i downloaded the OTA links through my browser and it showed me the message " application successfully installed", i restarted my device as well, but no change was observed at all when it switches on again. what is the issue? is it because i dont have a BB data plan?

Is the theme specifically designed for OS6 on the 9780?

And if they were designed for your specific model number and for your specific OS version, did you ACTIVATE the theme?

do you mean that the theme has to be specifically for my model number and OS version otherwise i cant use the theme?

is that the only reason for my failure?

I am having a similar problem with using the theme "tribal star theme"

The comments say that it is compatible with my device but I am unable to change it.

Any opinions?

similar issue with my new 9700. Downloaded a theme from gem (Ibery) now cant find it to change the theme?

Very easy if you do what i say

Download theme from your blackberry n install it to your phone. Then go to option from the icon using

which is in the main menu.( impotent- only from the option icon not from anywhere else. if you use a some other icon to go to option then to display u will not be able to see the theme change option )

Follow these sub menus

-Display
-Screen Display
-go to the bottom of screen display. if you have install the theme correctly you will see it there below the bb theme icon.
