Default How do I get the letters to display on the number keypad?

Please Login to Remove!

I hate it when I see a number with letters such as (800) dial-a-ride. This slows me down so much. On my bb8320, I can't bring up a screen to figure out which number to dial. I'd have to search for a landline phone to figure this out or call someone who has access to a landline phone.

Sorry if this is a duplicate post. I can't seem to find it with a search.

You can hold down the ALT key and type the letter under phone dial.

That's odd as I know I've seen this asked numerous times this week... Might just be a matter of keywords. Is this in the FAQ?
