Went to turn on my phone this morning, and got the ticking clock icon on the screen. Remained like that for over 10mins. Got tired of waiting, pulled the battery for a few minutes to reset, put it back in and same thing. Did the same thing a few more times...nothing.

Finally just got fed up and left it (without batter in)...got to work and plugged it back in. Started working.

Sometimes it may take longer to boot up. I am glad you resolved it.

you may have too much saved to the device memory try deleting some old messages and move any pictures to an sd card
