Have changed phones and attempted to uninstall the BB desktop software ver 6.1. It reaches a certain point and then gives a error message that a file is missing and then it rolls back the uninstall process. Now I have two BB desktop software files on my Windows 7 PC and can't uninstall either one. HELP!

My bet is the last alternative at the link is where you are headed. Post an update when you get a chance.
