rashidbinu what everyone is telling you is that your best bet is to go on google and search 5.0.0.230 for tour, however it is a beta version not official release so rim yanks websites that have the download available and they are getting better at doing it making the version harder to find. when you search for it hit options and click past 24hrs that will bring up newest sites and give you your best chance at finding a working link. other than that you might just have to wait.

Default 5.0.0.230 for Tour

Try this :

http://blackberry.bosen.net/96xx/9630-230.exe

I'm using this, and install new BBM5 from appworld, and run normally ..

I guess you are going to do what everyone else is trying - search for it. Use Google.

That is probably the only way the OP will be able to get it -- by googling for it and finding it himself. He only seems to get on the board every few days so by the time he does, all the links that others post have been taken down.

Angry

Call me crazy, but there was a time on this forum where no one would post a link to a beta version of OS. So, would someone please tell me why all of the suddent people are posting links to a beta version of OS on this board (and being allowed to get away with it)?

This site use to pride itself on being a rebutable site. Now it seems as though it's turning into nothing more then a file sharing site.

What happened? Don't get me wrong I like the majority of others on here can find beta software on our own. Why put BlackBerry Forums at risk by posting links to non-official version of RIM's software?

Hate to break it to you but you are wrong on a couple of points. You cannot "sharing information here ... everythings" on this forum. Only what is allowed by the owners and mods. Must abide by forum rules which have been that beta OSs are only to be posted in the Beta You than me sub-forum. Not sure why this string has been allowed to continue as long as it has.

Second, there are a lot of people posting here here who are not "men". Women, including at least one mod, are allowed to post here as well.

Yes they are. Completely floored me when my wife wanted out of the kitchen to go vote. I was like, "get your barefoot, pregnant butt back in the kitchen"

Oh, wait that's right. I work from home and my wife works outside the home... silly me. When do I get rights?

I suggest you go to Smartphones, Cell Phones & Smart Phones at BlackBerry.com site and find it yourself (under software). I normally don't trust download from other sites.
