I have a transferable. I saw some mention about twitter but minimal. Most of my colleagues BBM or SMS. I am not seeing much use out of the other clients

This is still a big App for me. Since I have friends on almost every IM Platform. Facebook chat is nice.

But is this the same release as the RC Beta from last week?

I am a license user of beejiveIM v.1.1.1. I have got a qtn if somebody can help me out?

Do I have to buy new v.2.0 since i have been a license user? Why we can't do upgrade to v.2.0 free?

Thanks all in advance

All upgrades for BeeJive are free for life. And this is different from the Beta RC2 Release.

Just wish they would provide an auto start option. I use the auto on/off at night and have to remember to restart Beejive every time.

Try uninstalling it and re-installing it or try a battery pull as well.

If that fails then go into more detail pertaining, were you get the error message and what is it is.

What specifically is the error? I had a fatal "out of memory" error with 1.9.6 Beta, 1.9.7 Beta, and 2.0 RC1, but it is now operational with the "official" 2.0 release.

Error starting BeejiveIM:
> Class'com.beejive.jivetalk.BBChatStore$ChatEntry' multipy defined

solution:
look for all the modules containing BeejiveIM and delete them.
(Options->Advanced Options->Applications->Menu->Modules).

just deleting the app wasn't enough

I have still been receiving that error message, not sure if it's coming from BeeJive, BerryWeather, or SocialScope.

Aloha . . . .

for the past 2 days, I haven't been getting any of my facebook IM's from beejive (while signed in , yes)

Has this been going on for anyone else? Figured I'd ask here before I jump to the beejive forums. Was working beautifully ;-(

build- blackberry/5_0
version 2.0.0 (24)
latest version- 1.1.1

I've seen this issue myself, from some of my friends, telling me they send me a message while i have never received one.

Waiting for an update from Beejive at this point.

I upgraded and now get the following error: "Uncaught exception: Unauthorized attempt to attach to this application."

Anybody else get this? Any known fixes? I'll head to BeeJive and see what I can find out.

I've found my solution. Even though I was on V2, I got it to work by deleting the application and then installing it again.
