Default Sprint will offer WiFi Tour next year

Details are here:

Sprintxxx039;s BlackBerry Tour to sprout WiFi next year - FierceWireless

I assume this also means Verizon Wireless will offer a WiFi Tour next year too. So will you all wait until next year to buy one?

I'm not gonna wait. I would just have to upgrade another 1 of my lines at that time and transfer the phone to my number. But I actually doubt I would need it. My I-net speed is fast enough most times on my phone anyhow. With the faster processor, the Tour will probably be even faster than my Curve, witch I'm very happy with.

That would be nice to have, but it's certainly far from a priority. Especially w/ Rev A. And it didn't stop me from ordering the Tour this morning.

i doubt it will hold back any body from getting the tour if you'd have the 8830 as long as I have, then like me your dying for an upgrade. I have never spent this much on any smartphone let alone by it hrs after it released in the middle of the night. I can live without Wi-Fi what I would like is OS 5.0.
