Can someone please PM some instructions on how to get into the engineering mode and re-activate the Mass Storage Mode

I'm also having trouble with the Mass storage mode. I use my bold instead of my ipod and was using the Blackberry Media Sync to transfer my music. This obviously needs the Mass Storage mode.

I recently obtained a unlock code from Vodafone UK (my provider)

Since unlocking my phone the computer does not recognise the media card or internal memory which means I can't transfer anything onto it.

I have tried getting into the engineering mode using the instructions above but it just takes me into a help screen.

Unless your device was unbranded using the utility software mentioned above, you won't need access to engineering screens, etc.

Your device was unlocked, different from unbranding, and the same solution does not apply.

Thumbs up

This seems to be a "popular" thread and it is happening to a lot of users...guess who has the same problem?...yep, me.

Can someone please PM some instructions on how to activate the Mass Storage Mode. I was close to return my BB because I thought it was defective but now I see it's just a tweak.
