Thumbs down Torch 9800 camera problem.

hey just like to say HI to all the blackberry forums crew as am new here..
so i have slight problem this is how it goes..
my camera on my torch keeps booting it self up randomly takes pictures i just done a wipe soon as the phone come on booted into the camera when you back out of it takes between 10 seconds or 10 minutes before boots back in to it? any reason for this or anyone ever had this problem so annoying keep having to click out of it if not end up 1000s pictures taken any help given much appreciated.

hi tsac nope anit added no apps and the phone is used i never had this problem before it done it once before and stopped i thought nothing off it now its doing it all the time

You can try doing an upgrade on the OS or replace the OS . Go tot he FAQ section at the top of the forum and use one of the programs indicated to reload the OS clean.
JL_cmdr usually is best.

How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ

If that does not work your BB may be defective and need service or return it to the place you purchased it if possible.

FIXED was the convenience key stuck on so i changed it so the button never gets used for nothing works fine now thank you for all your help know
