good afternoon. Can anyone help me please. When I am in camera mode my trackball won't zoom in and out. It stays at 1X. Not having any other problems with the trackball. Yesterday when i was taking pictures was the first time I noticed the problem. I have Blackberry 8330 and it is only 2 months old. When I first purchased this was not a problem. Did not get wet.

Have you tried a battery pull already?

No I haven"t. Is that removing the battery while the device is on? And if so will I loose any data, because I haven't backed up yet.

You wont lose any data.
The battery pull re=boots the device, and solves most problems with Blackberry.

oh my gosh! It worked. you all are wonderful. thanxs so much for the help. 1 more question. I want to download the shortcuts for the forum to put on my bb. I have the link, but which no. is considered the os.
v.4.5.0.131 or the (platform) no. Also do I need to download the desktop manager shortcuts as well or is that optional. Right now i don't have desktop manager installed, but I do intend to install. Will they be necessary to sinc in the future.?
