Default Retrieving disappearing apps

Please Login to Remove!

A colleague was experiencing problems with her BB curve. She is on AT&T. Since I recently got a new 9700, I unlocked my BB curve (8320) from T-Mobile so she can use it on AT&T. At first all seemed OK, and we restored all her databases to the new device with Desktop Manager. Since then, icons for Memo Pad and Tasks have disappeared. These are grayed out in Desktop Manager, so I am wondering how to restore them. They are not listed under 'applications' on the hand-held.
All help appreciated!
