Default Deleted service books

Please Login to Remove!

Okay this is the second time i've had to do this, the internet stops working altogether and last time I had called up telus and the guy instructed me to go through my service books and delete each one, and then do a hard reset.
This fixed the problems.

All my icons lost their order, no big deal. all my contacts still there, no big deal..
But now on the main screen my 2 email accounts are missing, but if i go into the 'messages' they are all still there. In the email setup, they're both still there as well, with all the proper login info and such. I've tried re-entering the passwords to see if that would add them on the main screen again but it didnt.

So how do I get my e-mail accounts back?
I wasnt at home when i did this otherwise i would have done a full backup and just done the service book thing and then backed everything up to the phone again.

So am I screwed? Did I lose my e-mails and will I have to delete and re-add them ?

Thanks

Try resending your service books:
How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ

If that doesn't work (which I believe it will), then you may have to delete and re-add the account.

Not by resending your service books.

If you delete and re-add the accounts, you would.

If I'm able to back up my phone now before I would re-add the email accounts, and then I backed it up the phone after doing so, would it add the emails back to the accounts or would it make the email accounts disappear again? Cause I can wait, i'm just not at home with access to my usb cord.

You should be able to restore your data.

Have you tried resending your service books yet?

Yes, I then get an email saying 'your blackberry has now been registered with the wireless network'. But alas, no email accounts on the main screen :(

Should I try deleting all service books again to see if that may fix it?

I'm trying the step 3 but my login is fubar. I try to create an account, then it says I've already created an account.. So I do the retrieve password, and it emails my BB saying I havent created an account.

So I'm going to call telus and see if I can get this sorted out and try this step.

Woohoooo!
I called up telus and the guy did something and was able to fix it all for me. It was like magic.

Anways jsconyers I really appreciate your help, as what you were telling me to do should have worked as the guy said but telus just had to do something manually from their end.
