Anyone seen this problem before?

CWA setup with OCS 2007 and the web client works fine. Installed the 2007 BB client on blackberry and sign in fine, send msgs to others fine but when they reply do not receive anything. Not signed into any other client at the time as well the msg simply doesn't come in. also on the bb client no status changes are reflected after the initial sign in.
Something wrong. Tsupport clueless.

Anything strange in the BBIM logs on BES?

If you see anything here let me know. I sent a msg (on my bb client) to person using OCS desktop client, they receive it, respond back and I get nothing...
BES is 4.1.6 MR2 btw.

[Inphektion]

Within the IIS manager,under directory security, and auth and access control what do you have checked there?
Also i have one cwa server that has both internal and external virtual servers with different IP's.
