I can't sync contact from my leopard... I've tried to use missing sync, but it showed error.

Error communicating with device. USBInterfaceOpen failed (e00002c5).
Synchronization cancelled due to error. Could not connect to device.

Therefore, i changed to use pocketmac. However, it synced nothing but the application for sync showing connected and syncing.

Please help

Look at your Address Book, Options, Filters. Make certain NO filters are checked.

I can't find the option in my addressbook (in leopard or pocketmac) Thank you

Those directions were for on the BlackBerry.
