When you're typing a text message (I'm in reduced keyboard/SureType mode), you have the button on the bottom to input symbols ("sym"). When I push it once, I get "sym1", push it again, "sym2", etc. Until "sym5".

I noticed that my "sym4" and "sym5" (and most of "sym3") are actually empty. They look like I am able to insert my own symbols or something...

Can anyone tell me what these extra symbol options are then? If I don't want them there (if you can't put more symbols in), can I get rid of them?
