We've posted 5.3.0.4 which now has All Tasks shown when using the Task View (the today view still shows the # of days you specify) and some other task related fixes.

Use check for updates on the pocketday menu.

I upgraded from 5.3.0.3 and weather is not refreshing and 48 hour forecast does not work. It all worked with .3. I've done a battery pull and nothing seems to work

Try resetting your weather location settings - do a search for your location, and save.

Weather appears to be working for me with v5.3.0.4 -- I do not see any of the issues that you describe. Is it possible that there was an outage with the weather provider or your data carrier earlier today?

what's happening exactly is that where it shows "current:" is still showing weather for (Tue, 06 May 2008 21:43:18...
Under that it is showing the correct 3 days of weather
None of the drop down menu options work

I found a strange issue using the pd calendar task editor:if i create an appointment for today ok,for tomorrow ok,for next 5 days ok.But if i creat it for day after tomorrow,in the today screen, it is shown for tomorrow...
So i have to use the native calendar..any possible help?

My weather settings stopped working last night.. THe weather lookup does not return anything THss use to work when I first download the newer version

Edit: It works for the next city over. Guess Sunnyvale is not on the list anymore

crs - look at my post above where I describe exactly what's happening on mine. The 3 day forecast on the summary screen appears to be updating every day but the area above where the "current" info is located does not update automatically or manually. I'm still stuck on Tue, 06 May 2008 21:43:18..

Got a 7130e. My tasks used to be displayed once the reminder became due. Not anymore. Instead, when the device is locked, I see the number of tasks that I am reminded of. Can't find a setting where I can choose to turn display on/off. Anybody have an idea?

Thank you. In a future release, if you think it is feasibility, consider extending the tasks in thew summary view up to 30 days as opposed to 14 days. Still a great feature.

It was strange - I tried via Zip code - Nothing happened.
I then did search by city, nothing happened. FInally did a search for a city close by (San Jose), that worked. Now my City works..

Must have been user error. Thanks.. My fav app on my blackberry....

I manually entered the zip code and had a similar experience to you but I got the favorable result that you now have by using the look up feature.

Is there any way of having the option to switch back to the old keyboard lock method (pre 5.2)? I'm just asking because it seems that every once in a while I will pull the phone out of my pocket and find that it is in the phone app. When I hit escape, it goes back to pd with the lock icon in the top so I know that I did, in fact, lock it when I put it in my pocket. It was also nice to see the ocassional notification icon for other things like messenger when it was using the native bb keyboard lock.

Not sure what the issue is. Weather works fine for a few weeks and then suddenly the city is not displayed on the main screen, all I see is a dot and the last time it was refreshed. Then when I try to refresh nothing happens. I then go into settings and try performing a lookup.. Nothing is returned like last time, any city I put in does not work.. THis is gettting annoying..
Any ideas as to what is going on? Anyone else have this issue?

No reported weather issues like the one you are having. It's communication related if lookup doesn't work. send email to our support email (Help on the PD menu) with your BB model, carrier an PD communications settings .

On your home page, notice the screen shot of the today screen for PD PRO. For weather it only shows the current conditions which is a great feature since it saves space. It seems that the only option for our program is to also include the three day forecast. Am I missing something?

You can hit the space bar to shrink the weather section for that view.

Overall, I love the update. I do have a few different issues with the weather piece, though.

Late in the day (I noticed it after 11:00pm), the forecast for tomorrow shows up under today's heading, and the days after are also shifted over a day. I was set to update from 6am until 11pm. I've changed it to 12am to 11pm, but I don't know if that'll fix the problem; otherwise it's a bug.

The supplied forecasts seem to change a lot as the day progresses. The old weather provider didn't seem to move around quite so much. Can't say which is more accurate, though.

The radar maps get updated very slowly. They're not real-time or anything close - 30 to 45 minutes behind their time-stamp, even. If I browse to the weather.com pda radar map or to the local TV station, they tend to be much closer to reality.
