No, the 7250 has been released by Verizon, the 7270 (wifi) is the only handheld that is not yet released that I know about, I was wondering if anyone knew of anything else...

Default Speculation

I'm gonna guess that a 7790 or whatever they decide to call it can't be far off. It's a no brainer from an R&D standpoint. They already have the "guts" developed in the popular 7290 and they already have the housing ready in the 7780. From a marketing standpoint, I suspect they will give it a few months for the 7100 to grab a market share before they hit us with it. That way, they avoid increasing competition for sales among their own devices.

Hopefully a software/firmware upgrade of existing units will allow data transfer via bluetooth for synchronization, etc. If there is some hardware reason that this is not possible, then I suspect that this will be a feature in next gen units.

Last thought. The BB units are poised to become the mobile browsing unit of choice, or at least go toe to toe with anything else out there, given their rugged design, stable platform, decent screen and user friendly keyboard. They seem to have recognized this in the upgrades to allow HTML with the support of the network. The one thing that will hold them back in the year to come is the transmission speed. If they release EDGE/3G/EVDO compatible units, I think the BB population will make a strong push into the personal use market (as opposed to it's traditional business user...
