Hello

I've had my BB for over a year now. Last month I left it at a friends house and thought it was lost. So i ordered a replacement SIM card.

A few weeks later they found my phone, so I put the new sim into my phone.

My company had locked my SIM and handset.

I got them to reactivate my handset - and for about a day it worked okay.

Ever since then the screen hasn't been lighting up, all the buttons dont work and there is constantly a dim blue light on the LED.

I've tried to update it on my comp hoping that would work, but it's been no use.

Anyone know whats up? Could it be that my phone company has locked my handset again, or doesn't it like the new SIM? No problems before i changed the SIM.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
