Hi, something really odd is happening, my Bold is indicating at the top, an alert of a new email message which is unread, but I Have gone through and deleted al the emails and it is still showing?

any ideas? as its really annoying as new emails add to the 1, ie if a genuine new one comes in, it changes to 2 etc, etc

Sometimes it does take a couple of battery pulls to clear the situation completely.

How long are you leaving the battey out for? Try leaving it out for a full minute before putting it back in. Let the phone recycle completely before doing anything else.

Have you recently installed any themes or 3rd party applications?

Have you done a battery pull since installing them?

If not, and this is the first time you have, I would say remove them and see what happens.
