Default 9550 - Inbox Settings Option Missing

Please Login to Remove!

Just moved from a 9530 to a 9550 and have two e-mail accounts (corp & personal) set up. On my 9530 I had separate boxes for these accounts and was able to show only corp mail in the main inbox. On the 9550 the Inbox Settings option where I set this up is missing.

Anyone know if this is normal or the setting got moved?

Thanks

I believe that option is in newer releases of 5.0. I could be wrong.

You should see Messages > Options > Inbox settings.
Do you not have that option?

Perhaps .320 doesn't have it. 5.0.0.419 should

Thanks for the reply guys. No, the options not there. The OS on the 9550 is 5.0.0.320 platform 4.2.0.124, the OS on the 9530 is 5.0.0.419 platform 4.2.0.179.

On a related note, I check the stickies in the 9500 forum for the latest OS from time to time. The most recent post Raptor made lists the following for the 9550:

OS: 9550 5.0.0.497/5.0.0.320
BlackBerry Handheld Software v5.0.0.320
Applications: 5.0.0.320
Software Platform: 4.2.0.124

May I assume that I have the latest OS installed? I'm a little confused as to which value I should be looking at (OS vs. BB Handheld Software version).

Thanks for the feedback.
