Default Sync Issues

Does anyone have info on good, 3rd party apps that allow calendar sync with a blackberry bold 9650? BB Desktop manager 6.0 does is not compatible with Outlook 2000, and I cannot get BB desktop manager to stay connected to Yahoo! for their calendar.

I'm not concerned about syncing anything other than calendar.

BB tech support says to buy a new version of Outlook.....

You can try Google Sync. Get it at m.google.com

You can get google calendar sync (Getting started with Google Calendar Sync - Google Calendar Help) and that will sync outlook to google, and then set google sync on your blackberry to sync with your google calendar automatically and then you should be all set to go.

If you can find DM 4.2 I think it is. That is compatible with Outlook 2000. You might also try MissingSync and CompanionLink to see if they will work. Might have to pay for them though.

And as Sytner mentioned, Google calendar and contact sync is a good alternative.
