When you use the "Lookup" functionality on BlackBerry, what database(s) is it quering? I'd like to know if this list can be controlled on a user-by-user basis? I don't see any settings relating to this.

names.nsf

It queries the server address book, which is always called names.nsf

It cannot be controlled on a per-user basis, sorry.

My lookup is quering more than just names.nsf.

I believe it ultimatly uses mab.nsf

Looks up in your Global Address Book.

It's names.nsf for those who don't use DA. For those who use DA it is whatever address books that are defined in DA.

Any idea how to customize what fields are supported via lookup? We have an Extensions field that we want to work via lookup.
