Is anyone else having this issue? I know it's possibly a general blackberry question but for a few days in a row now, the only way I can get my messages is to do a battery pull. the service books and making a call won't do anything. Any ideas? Is it a software issue?

Mine has been doing the same thing for a couple of days now. The phone, emails and Internet stop working about mid-morning. Once I do a battery pull, it's fine for a couple more hours.

Does your phone work without doing a battery pull?

Are either of you on BES? or BIS?

If you get company e-mail form where you work, and this was set up for you by your technical group where you work, you probably have BES. If you have set yourself up to receive e-mails from a personal e-mail address ( Yahoo!, G-Mail, etc). you have BIS.

This happens to me maybe 1 time every other week. I am not on BES... I get my emails from gmail.

It will be noon or so and I suddenly notice no emails. I do a battery pull and all of a sudden my phone starts filling up.

While its happening I have no issues with the phone. In fact the first time it happenned I called ATTfrom the phone and they are the ones who recommended my first battery pull.
