How do I change the bookmark titles , make them shorter ?
Can't seem to edit them.
Is there any way to give them your own preferred names ?

If I'm understanding the terms, and bookmarks are the "connection names" for the internet, when you connect through your browser, not the bridge browser, there's a white star with a green cross in it at the upper right corner of your screen. If you touch it you will get 2 menu choices: "Add to Bookmarks" and Add to Home Screen". If you select either option you will get another screen with the name in it. You should be able to edit the name and save it. If you save it to the "Home Screen", you will find it at the bottom of your applications, with the name you gave it. I hope this answers your question, if it isn't what you asked about, sorry.

Yes you are partly correct. You can edit the homepage choice but not the bookmarks choice. I want to modify the bookmarks with shorter names and its not possible.

hi, i'm new at this as well, i found a way, there's a free app called "Air Browser" that you'll need to edit you bookmarks, connect your PB to your PC either via BDS or WiFi, on your PB there's a folder named "Bookmarks", place your bookmarks there then open them from your PB with Air Browser you'll see a list of all your bookmarks, pick the one you are going to edit by touching it and an options bar is going to open underneath, your choices are: Open, Rename, Compress (which place them in sort of a zip file), Delete and Unselect, once you select Rename you'll be asked to enter a new name for the file, it also give you the choice to show the file extension, hope this help
