Default puzzled... storm wont upgrade

Please Login to Remove!

hi really puzzled and need some help.

i have a 9530 that was downgraded in error from the latest OS. I want to upgrade it again, but the apploader keeps telling me that i dont have any software on my pc for this device and i know i do. i tripled checked to make sure it was a 9530 on the device itself. tried adding the software manually with the apploader. says it is not compatible. tried it with the DM and it crashes halfway through.

any ideas???

much appreciated.

You have to locate and delete all copies of VENDOR.XML from your PC C: drive. There may be more than one.

Also, what version are you trying to upgrade from and to?
