My mums had nothing but trouble with her Blackberry Bold. Yesterday it turned off and now it won't turn on won't even charge. She took it to the store where they said they'll send it off to repair. If they can't repair they will give her new one. They will probably be able to repair it as she's never lucky enough to get a new one.

The problem is she didnt have a media card so her photos are on the device. Is there anyway at all we can get this photos?

Most likely, Orange will simply wipe the device and reload the OS. Unless you made a backup of your data, your pictures will be lost.

Some blackberrys including the Bold may include a SD card. You should check.
Their small and easy to miss.
