Have an executive with an 8310 His assistant has calendar access only not inbox. She is set to send-on-behalf of for some reason even though no inbox access.

Some calendar entries come to the device and can be accepted some come and get a big red X and can not be accepted. Been looking all around for a fix or something for this.

He is on version 4.2.2.170 of the software currently and has 11466 free memory.

Trying to find the why some work an some don't !!!!

I would update the OS on his device. 4.2.2.170 is quite old.

Oh, and that memory is VERY low. Remove the battery to reboot and then you need to clean that device up and free up memory to at least 15-20MB free.
