hi all,
i just bought BB Alerts for my curve the other day. i think i pretty much have it set up to how i want it but i'm having a problem with the email part. i mainly wanted the alerts for the LED flashing colors and to set them to a different color for each application. all the colors i chose seem to work but email. my idle color is green and i have the missed email set to purple but when i get a new email, the LED still flashes green. any ideas? thanks.

Before the trial ran out I had email working just fine with the colors. You might want to check you have the schedule set to show all the time or whatever way you want it.

Oh and make sure you have the "led flashing" under your profile on your email account

i went into the BB Alerts and then to assign colors. next to missed email, i put it to purple.

whoops. i feel dumb. i just looked under the options again and i didnt have the "missed emails" checked. :doh: thanks for the help tho.
