Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7130e/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/104)

That would be cool. I need a upgrade.

Where did you find this nugget of info from? If true it would be sweet!

Is this for Sprint or Nextel? If Nextel, is this the much anticipated Hybrid blackberry between the Sprint voice/data and Nextel iDen networks? Any news if they will be releasing a Pearl verison as well?

A thing of the past... I'm sorry that I do not like waiting several seconds between when I send the PPT and when the user actually hears the message like on your beloved Cingular network.

Default 8830

Have been seeing alot of news for Verizon getting this BB but I have not seen anything for Sprint. But if Verizon is getting it I am sure Sprint will be a few (2-3) months after Verizon puts it out. Plus Sprint already has a World phone so all you need is a Spritn SIM card for the GSM part.

Any ideas on what the cost will be??

you could text them instead since you would have a full keyboard. for me at least, i would trade PTT for the newest BB any day, but if you wanna stick with older stuff, go right ahead.

Default sprint

you know sprint does support handsets with wifi. primarily the ppc are the only devices with it built in. also sprint supports data use, during phone use thanks to evdo ,faster data speeds. something most cingular phones dont. also the ptt on nextel network is alot better than that of cingular. cingulars is comparable to the sprint ready link service. witch will be replaced in 09' for new ptt tech

ps on the sprint press release on the boy genius report confirms model due in june. no specs yet

OK Guys, due to confidentiality reasons I can't post the release if i want to continue to receive these. I have a complete list of upcoming and end of life handsets.

Ok, we know the 8830 is coming to Sprint in June, but is the 8100 also on the list, if so, when.
We really want to know.
