What do you mean by "real ringtones"? Are you talking about actual songs in MP3 format?

Go to the web site straight from your BB browser.
Otherwise you have to use Desktop Manager and sync via the Media manager program included.

Crackberry.com is where I get a large majority of my ring tones from. I download them to my computer and they are already in mp3 format. You can also download them by pointing your BB browser to it.

This should help:
How do I get ringtones on my BlackBerry? - BlackBerryFAQ
You can also copy songs from your PC without using Media Manager.
