Need some info and hope someone can help. Just upgraded from bb7520 to bb8330. I'd like to transfer my data in password keeper on the 7520 to the 8330 but no luck. have used the bb desktop and back-up and transfer from one to the other assuming that included password keeper.

Any ideas?

Did you use the Switch Device Wizard in the DM?

yes but no luck. I was expecting to be prompted for that application but was only prompted for "third party applications" which I selected. Hopefully someone has run into this before and conquered this issue. Thanks.

PK should have been part of the core OS package data moved over.

I have the same problem. Upgraded from 8100 to 8120 and unable to transfer my entries from Password Keeper. Will appreciate if you keep me posted if solution found.
