Two MDS showing up...

I'm not sure how it happened, but probably at one point we reinstalled some stuff and now I'm showing two MDS services on the left column. Also, if I click on the MDS integration services link the connection doesn't work.
How can I get rid of one of these listings? If I click on the Servers tab and then click on delete MDS integration services it says there are no valid services to delete. Also, the LCSO-BES2_MDS service shows a newer version than the other one listed.... weird.
