I am on a BES, but when I connect to DM all I get is my pin number at the bottom. What do I need to do to get my Desktop Manager to be online with the BES server to get automatic reactivation?
Is this an issue of the platform and version of BES? If so, do you know what platfrom your BES is running on and what version?
