AT&T is my provider, what website do I go to to make adjustments to my device, i.e., signature, etc.?

My device saves less than a day's email, although I have the setting for several months selected. What's happening and how can I fix it? The emails stay on my office PC, but disappear from the device?

As far as email retention check your memory usage. When memory is low the BlackBerry will start deleting stuff.

Question 2: might be a memory problem as BB's begin to delete email, phone logs etc. when memory gets low. How many apps do you have loaded? Are all your ringtones, music, photos and the SD? How much free memory do you have?

Keep in mind that all messages are stored in the main messages folder and a folder for each account. Delete from one folder, it is deleted from all. Could that be the problem?

Use the SD for music, ringtones and photos. Are you perhaps deleting email in one folder, but expecting it to be in another?

All email goes to the main messages folder and to a folder for that specific account. If you delete email from one folder, it is deleted from all.
