I'm trying to play an AVI file which was taken on my Canon camera. I get the audio, but no video. Seems like I'm missing a codec. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Probably not formated correctly for your BB. Use the Roxio media manager in the BB desktop program to load it. It will convert the video for you, so that it can be viewed on the BB.
