Default Frozen Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

I just downloaded the berry-a-code program. when it was downloading and the download bar was at the end, it froze. for a good 2 minurtes, so i shut it off and it said app was successfully installed. so then i turn it back on and the white square that says tmobile stay on the screen and i cant do anything. the data arrows go on and off. i pull battery and then the checking security tab stays on screen and wont go away. again, the data arrows go on and off like im receiving data. but i cant do anything at all. what should i do? i can access any menus at all.

Put the battery in and give it 30 minutes and see if it pulls through.

The only way you can solve this problem is uninstall the berry-a-code using your DM.

I have the same problem till I uninstalled it.

The problem is that if you can get it to boot you will need the DM and probably have to use JL_Cmder and wipe and re-install the OS.....

Battery and patience is probably your best shot.

I am sure others will chime in with some other suggestions.

So, I know of two people who are T-mo Pearl users that had the same problem. They used Desktop Manager's App Loader to remove it.

Is this limited to T-mo Pearls, or does this freeze up on at&t/Cingular Pearls as well?
